Well aint' that a peach?? May is coming to an end but I couldn't let that happen without first sharing a yummy margarita recipe (after all Cinco De mayo was this month) So....I give you the peach margarita!!Ingredients:
-1/2 cup tequila
-1 1/2 cup margarita mix
-2 oz. peach schnapps
-16 oz. (about 2 cups) frozen peaches
-1 cup of crushed ice
-1 tablespoon of sugar
-fresh lime for rimming the glasses
-kosher salt
Directions:
1. Run lime around the rim of the glass . Dip rimmed glass in kosher salt.
2. Add tequila, margarita mix, peach schnapps, peaches, sugar, and ice to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Enjoy!
