Something Nice

Today we have food for the stomache, eyes, and ears :)

This is Mexican Soup by Ina Garten . I made it the other night and it is delicious.


The corn bread looks a little flat for a reason. I took aa short cut and used a cornbread mix. It turned out the mix was old. Not too old to eat, just too old to rise and have some fluff and air in it. The real recipe, Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread, is also at Ina's. Look for it at the bottom of the soup recipe
