Here's a nice little cover from the 1995 THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Annual (released at the end of '94). It's got a nice Christmas feel about it. Wonder if Spidey is wearing his heavy underwear under his costume? (Incidentally, the back cover was the same as the front.)
