Running technique
My brother in-law gave me a book about running technique. I Googled "Malcolm Balk" - one of the authors - and came across this video of Balk running on ice.Does his running style remind you of anyone?The video reminds me of Mikell Platt...except for the sliding on the ice part.Back to okansas.blogspot.com.
